I've compiled the following information on my own. If you notice anything wrong, please contact me.

Love Songs For The Retarded: The band's first release on Lookout Records was issued with a double-sided lyric sheet insert. This release was also available as a CD or cassette. Also shown are pictures of the test pressing and original artwork.
This record was later remixed, remastered, and reissued, on Asian Man Records in 2006 with different artwork. The images below are of the CD booklets from both the Lookout and Asian Man versions.
In 2008 Recess Records reissued this record on vinyl with a double-sided lyric sheet insert. The initial release date of 4/8/2008 was delayed. The first 500 records were announced to be pressed on orange vinyl, but a color vinyl shortage hit the majority of the pressing plants across the country. The record was released about a month behind the proposed release date, and the first 500 were on multi-colored vinyl instead. A few variations are shown below. Also shown are pictures of the test pressing, a copy of the test pressing with some marbling, and a black vinyl copy.
Gonna Puke Records also repressed the LP in 2009. There were 7 numbered test pressings.

A scan of the cassette version is shown below.
NOTE: To the best of my knowledge, this LP was originally issued on Lookout Records with a plain white inner sleeve. I have seen later pressings, which come with a printed inner sleeve that lists releases that weren't issued until years after this LP's original release date. Some of those pressings also have a UPC sticker on the back of the sleeve.
