Just Add Water Records provided the following information.

Live At Some Prick's House (Split 7" with Pink Lincolns): The songs were recorded on 6/8/91 on WMBR 88.1 FM at MIT. Three test pressings were made. Pictures of all three copies are shown below. The first pressing of 1,000 copies was issued without a sleeve, but the records came with a xeroxed insert (Queers side - Pink Lincolns side).

The Pink Lincolns received 200 copies, and Chris Barrows designed a homemade sleeve for those copies. They were only available at Pink Lincolns shows, not as an official sleeve for the record.
After selling about 600 copies, the label ordered 1,400 glossy picture sleeves for the remaining records from the first pressing and a second pressing of 1,000 copies. These sleeves have the label's address as Spartanburg, SC, and the original xeroxed insert is included with the record. Ten of the glossy sleeves were hand-colored and numbered. The sleeves are also initialed on the back.

Later pressings were issued with a thin picture sleeve with the original insert printed inside the sleeve, and some have the label's address as Berkeley, CA. The printer shorted the label on the last order of black and white sleeves by 300 and agreed to print 300 more to fill out the original order. On a whim, the label randomly picked a color out of a Pantone color book so there are 300 copies with purple and white sleeves instead of black and white sleeves.
The last pressing was issued on 1/11/00 with a red and white card stock sleeve, without an insert, and was limited to 500 copies. The label's address is now San Francisco, CA.
